Payment and charges

All prices are in Swedish crowns (SEK). At the top right of the page you can choose to display the prices including or excluding VAT. Price for each product you add to your order is shown on the check-out-page. There you also find the total sum of your order, with sums for VAT, freight and the payment fees specified, if applicable.
We offer the following payment methods: Kustom Checkout and PayPal.

Kustom Checkout Solution

We use Kustom Checkout to manage your purchase at our store. The Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB through which payment methods and delivery options are available.

Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly, Kustom provides the interface and logic that displays the applicable payment methods.

When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate providers, depending on the payment method you select when you finalise your purchase. For the payment, you are redirected to a payment service provider, such as [Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, iDEAL and Billie], where the purchase is completed.

In order to make your shopping experience effortless, the Kustom Checkout includes automatic filling of your information if you saved your information or previously entered your information in the Kustom Checkout.

Kustom will not perform any credit check, instead that may be performed by the payment method you have selected to pay for your purchase.

PayPal
For buyers in other countries than Sweden we offer PayPal as payment method.
The payment conditions are also available on the check-out page, with facts presented for each payment method.


Deliveries and Returns
We offer the following delivery methods:

• Deliveries
Orders to addresses within Sweden are dispatched free of charge from 498 SEK otherwise 59 SEK. Time of delivery is stated on the product pages. Freight charges for abroad orders are specified on the check-out-pages, once you have added your address. We use Postnord as freight forwarder, and we deliver as Letter or Package, depending on order size.

The season's first calendars with accompanying delivery take place at the beginning of December, after which delivery takes place within a week on stock items. Reservation for final sale.

• Products in stock delivery whitin one week.

The website will be updated with the correct delivery information if and when an item goes out of stock.

• There might be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order. For example, if our freight forwarder can’t fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive all reimbursement to customers regarding delivery delays.

Customs duty
Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.

Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. Scandipixl AB cannot offer any assistance in these processes.

To help make sure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU, check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to, before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold.

Returns and refunds
A return is done at your own expenses, unless the article is defect or we have shipped the wrong item to you. Returns are to be shipped as Letter or Package, not as cash on delivery (C.O.D). For items exchange we will pay the new shipping cost from us to you.

When sending back an item you first have to contact us to confirm the intended return. It is your responsibility that the item arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the item is well packed. The return is not completed until we have received and examined the returned goods. When a return is completed the same card you used for the purchase will be credited.

14 days purchase on approval
• You have a 14-day cancellation right when you shop online on a Swedish website, by law. The cancellation period starts on the day that you received your order (or a large part of it). You may use this cancellation right by contacting us within those 14 days, and you don’t have to state a reason for the return.
• When returning the product, it should be well packed and in its original condition. You have to package the product the same way as it was when you received it. Please enclose the cancellation form. You pay for return shipping.

You as a customer may not use or handle a product in an unnecessary way, or more than what is necessary to determine the products properties or function. If you do, and this leads to a value reduction for the product, we have the right to deduct a sum equivalent to the value reduction from the sum we are to reimburse. The reduction sum is estimated from case to case.

Refunds
If you exercise your 14-day cancellation right, we repay you as soon as possible after we have received the goods from you and by latest 30 days after receiving the goods. We will send the money to the same card you used for the purchase. The goods are sent to us at your own expenses.

Confidentiality when handling personal information 
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the contract with you/handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.

We are following the EU Data Protection Regulation GDPR, which will strengthen the protection of individuals in the handling of personal data within the EU. Once you have purchased any of us, folllowing will be in our registe:

Customers: First Name, Last Name, Company / Organization, Email, Person / Organ., VAT Number, Address, Postal Code, City, Country, Phone.

Orders: IP address, Email,, Person / ID, VAT number, Address, Company, First name, Last name, Address, Postal code, City, Phone number.

You are always entitled to know what information we have about you. When you sign up for our newsletter, we have your email address. We never share your information without it being used exclusively to keep in touch with you. If you do not want any newsletter from us anymore, you can easily unsubscribe from these via the link at the bottom of the newsletter when it is sent to you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected or removed. If you want to delete your contact information, please email us.
